Next to your kitchen, updating your bathrooms is the most significant upgrade you can make to your home that will add both value and enjoyment. New plumbing fixtures will help save water thereby protecting the environment.
Complete bath remodels include new cabinets, new countertops, new fixtures, new tub or shower enclosures, new flooring, new exhaust fans and even new windows.
The master bathroom pictured above includes new custom made adult height hickory cabinets, granite countertop, Italian ceramic tile, brushed nickel Grohe brand fixtures, travertine tile for the shower floor and a two person dual-motor, jetted whirlpool tub. Additionally we installed two new windows in this bathroom to add more natural light and great views while sitting in the sauna tub. Approximate cost: $28,000
As with all wet areas, we recommend ceramic tile, or genuine linoleum. Wood flooring, including modern engineered and laminated flooring is not recommended in wet areas.
